Walkabout: A Derelict Building ... on the Sunset Strip?

On My Walkabout:

I found this delightful derelict structure behind a well-worn fence on the south side of Sunset Boulevard. I can't believe I didn't take a picture of the darn fence. I was too busy sticking my lens above and around and through the fence posts that I forgot to take a picture of the fence. Perhaps, the blood was rushing to my head?

I just can't believe I didn't get a picture of that darn fence.
